Deck With Spiral Staircase
The only place these folks could see the ocean was from their roof in Dana Point. So that is where we perched their view deck. The spiral staircase was a perfect solution for access with minimal space requirements. Note that the lower deck was natural redwood while the upper deck was painted to match the house trim.
